Anyone who thinks that spam indicates that an organization doesn't know what
they're doing must never receive spam. Since everyone with an email
address receives their portion of spam, anybody who draws that conclusion is
being foolish.

Of course, there are other more compelling reasons to want to deal with it,
such as being able to peruse bug archives without having to scroll over a 25-
page MIME encoded spam. I don't think having a way to delete bug
submissions is a good solution, for the same reason that being able to
delete messages sent to the mailing lists from the list archives would
be a bad idea. But, being able to mark a mail spam and hide it could work,
with an option on the BTS archives to display them. (No idea how
practical this would be to implement.)
