On a re-read I apparently contradict myself here. First I said don't reduce
choices. Then above I said I reduce choices. What I neglected to mention
is that the Junior/ menu is in addition to the other menus on the system,
not replacing it. I can tell my kids "if you want Debian Jr. stuff, look
under the Junior menu". So they still have a choice: either use the full
menus or the simpler Junior menus, and they don't have to do any complicated
configuration to have access to both.
