But then, even if they sent mail to nnn-done@bugs.debian.org, the mail could
simply be empty and void of any more information. Although we know that a
close command makes it not possible to enclose information, the -done
address does not enforce one either.
So, I really don't see the point. If you have trouble getting an
explanation for a closed bug, you will have to try to work it out with the
person, not with the BTS. There is no way to technically beat an
explanation out of a Debian maintainer.
