It's not at all. That's why I emphasized in my first note that I was
speaking from a non-emotional and pragmatic viewpoint. That I happen
to be an American is immaterial. It is important that that is clear.
For example, if we were to discuss what the standard paper size
would be or what system of measurement we'd use, I'd argue tooth and
nail for A4 and metric.
But this is getting off topic.
