isdnutils

hey all,
i am pulling up a 486-33 as an isdn router. it's only got 8Mb RAM and
240MB HDD, so definitely not a candidate for X. it's not supposed to
be anyway.

however, the isdnutils/stable package depends on xfree86-common and
xlib6g, which i assume is because of X utilities for ISDN. this is the
case in potato and woody, i don't know about unstable.

i would assume that these components should be split, isdnctrl et al.
into isdnutils, and all X clients into xisdnutils. should i just
submit a bug report? has this been discussed before? what do you
think?
