Bug#98678: search_packages.pl: release=all doesn't include non-free

It seems that the parameter release=all is not used correctly in
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl .
The xv package is correctly listed on:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=xv&searchon=names&subword=1&version=all&release=non-free
The xv package is _not_ listed, but should, on:
http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?keywords=xv&searchon=names&subword=1&version=all&release=all
Apparently the non-free packages are not included with release=all.
This seems to be easily fixable in search_packages.pl ... But where
is search_packages.pl ? Is this file in a package?
