upload rejected: changes file doesn't say <package> for Source

Hi,

I'm a new Debian maintainer and have just uploaded my first
package `modeline', but this was rejected: (see all messages below)

Rejected: modeline_0.6.5-1.dsc: changes file doesn't say modeline for
Source

I tried to lookup
all available docs and archives to get an idea what this
messages means. The package was lintian clean before
uploading and `dpkg-buildpackage' generated a full upload:
dpkg-buildpackage: full upload (original source is included)
Can someone please give me a hint how to get the
package uploaded?

One exception with `lintian modeline_xx.changes' was
the message:
/usr/src/modeline_xxx.dsc: syntax error in @packages array: s modeline

This file seems alright to me, but the file includes some
strange ^M at every end of line, same with the changes file.
Since I have used `dh-make' 0.23 to generate the Debian configuration
files I supposed the file format should be alright.

Thank you

Werner
