Partition. Thats much faster than syncing, which does not make sense for
data which is cleaned in the first place.

Of course this is not true for swap files and i dont konow if swapping is
generally a problem while any partiitons are rebuild. But if only rebuilding
the swap partition is a problem i would suggest not to rebuild it it all. Of
course I dont know whats faster, init or resync).
