Probably because of missing rsync --daemon. 
I also have some problems with ftp.fsh.hu files, some jigdo .templates are 
still ~>600MB ... just to mention some of them:
--exclude sarge/jigdo/sarge-m68k-1.* \
 --exclude sid/jigdo/sid-hppa-9.* --exclude sid/jigdo/sid-m68k-9.* --exclude 
sid/jigdo/sid-mips-1.*

Is it possible to have rsync --daemon running on gluck or not ?

p.s. yes I know that fsn.hu and gluck generate different jigdo files for 
different purposes, but fsn.hu is more selectable to download from bacause of 
rsync --daemon even those big jigdo templates keep pop'ing up every signle 
week.
