testing: issue with mips images

The mips netboot images fail to boot in qemu as follows:

VFS: Mounted root (cramfs filesystem) readonly.
Freeing unused kernel memory: 136k freed
cramfs: bad compressed blocksize 29091
cramfs: bad compressed blocksize 12209
request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000
request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000
request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000
request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000
request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000

Looks like a somehow corrupt cramfs image.

The mipsel images do not have this problem. I see tbm reported a
similar problem on debian-mips[1], and it seems to affect real hardware.
