It seems to me this should be tested by an actual s390 install before going into testing, since s390 is the real user of network-console. I don't mind if you get it uploaded to unstable though. It also seems to me like an easier fix may be removing network-console from the netinst CD. I don't know if we have space on the netinst for ssh. OTOH, debian-cd does not currently let a udeb be removed from one image, and removing it from the businesscard and full CD might not be the best thing. -- see shy jo
