Bug#54235: No ServRAID support at boot time

Oops, I thought that the addition of ServRAID was the cause of going >
1Mo, but I took a look at the original binary, and it IS already above
1Mo :-)
So it seems to work. I just modified three things:
- Removed FPU emulation
- Activated ServRAID support (CONFIG_SCSI_IPS)
- Changed PS240i driver (CONFIG_SCSI_PSI240I) to a module, because it
  conflicts with ServRAID declared variables.

The size goes from 1032211 to 1010559.

I've created a kernel package (with make-kpkg). Do you want me to
send it to you, or maybe you (or Herbert Xu) can apply directly these
simple changes ?
