I had a look at task-dialup.ctl. It looks basically sound, only not if
the dialup goes over ISDN.  I'd suggest the following packages for
dialup over ISDN (task-isdndialup ?):

    isdnutils fetchmail junkbuster lynx ppp wget wwwoffle leafnode suck
    ncftp sox mgetty

(suck and ncftp should probably also go into tesk-dialup;
sox and mgetty are for the additional facilities offered by
isdn i.e. vboxgetty (answering machine) and X.75 logins).

At some point the isdnutils are going to be split up into smaller
packages, so at that point this list may need to be revised. It
won't happen soon, however.

I'm not sure about the anacron for the dialup either, that's more
dependent on whether your system is on 24/7 or switched off regularly.
My systems are dialup, but are always powered up!
