Bug#163086: Sun Blade 100 won't boot

I had the exactly same problem but a net install went smoothly.

1) Install rarp and atftpd on another box in the same LAN.
2) Check your Blade's MAC address from the boot screen and write an IP
   address for it to /etc/ethers.
3) Tell the Blade to "boot net" and check from /var/log what file it is
   requesting.
4) Write tftpboot.img to the directory atftpd uses with the above
filename, and another "boot net" should give you the Debian
   installer.
