Falk Hueffner's patches should be in the mplayer sources already. But
he's still tweaking it every now and then. 21264 optimized routines
might come when hes back from his holidays since he now got one himself.

PS: The XV extension of X is pretty much needed to play anything with
decent quality in realtime.
