Yes, the version (from ssh -V) was 1.2.27 and it is still there. It was
installed in /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/sbin, so it wasn't overwritten.

I didn't try saving anything and that worked fine on the x86 boxes.
The only files altered (judging from dates) are ~/.ssh/random_seed
and /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key.
