V 1.24a and VIDE 1.09

This is to announce the 1.24a release of V and the 1.09 release
of VIDE.

I had released 1.24 a couple of days ago, and then discovered
a rare but awful bug in vApp:Exit when closing multiple windows
on the MS-Windows version only. This affected VIDE 1.08 version
for MS-Windows, too.

Version 1.24a doesn't add many features, but seems more stable
than ever. This is especially true for the Motif/LessTif version.
V seems to work pretty well with both Motif and LessTif, although
there can be some problems resizing windows with LessTif. I'd
say that V is truly and finally compatible with Motif.
