V EXECUTABLES
I have installed V as root and am able to run the example programs as
root. I have used ldconfig to put the shared library in /usr/lib. When
I try to run the example programs logged in as a user and not root they
will not run. I moved the source files of the videx to my personal
directories and compiled them there. The compile worked but still the
executable does not run.
I am new to Linux so there may be some configuration item which I do not
know about. Thank you for your help.
