I know this is just a version bump, but it seems that the debian/copyright file is incorrect.

The following line references files that no longer exist:

> Files: src/crypto.h src/crypto.c src/crypto_impl.c

These files have been replaced by crypto_cc.c, crypto_libtomcrypt.c, crypto_nss.c, crypto_openssl.c, sqlcipher.h, and sqlcipher.c in src/.

Additionally, I suspect that at least the sqlcipher-resources/ directory is also under the BSD-3-clause license.
