Bug#1092272: RFS: xfce4-docklike-plugin/0.4.2-4 [ITP] -- Modern, minimalist taskbar for Xfce

Control: tags -1 -moreinfo

Thank you for noticing such subtle things. I used the command:
$ git clone https://gitlab.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-docklike-plugin -b xfce4-docklike-plugin-0.4.3
and for some reason the version from GitLab differs from the archive from
https://archive.xfce.org/src/panel-plugins/xfce4-docklike-plugin/0.4/

I tried to fix all the shortcomings, thank you.

Hi Kirill,

this one needs some more fixes before I can upload it:
* the orig tarball on mentors does not match the upstream tarball
pulled via uscan; the former appears modified with development
leftovers (gitlab ci config, .gitignore, etc.), and has numerous
files deleted from translations dir, autotools/configure/makefile
etc. Note: if you need a config file for the ci on salsa, it should
be stored in the debian dir.

* copyright: please include standard header paragraphs in the gpl-3
definition, clearly mentioning what version of the license applies.

* lintian: the override contains an architecture-specific path
element. You probably want to replace that part with an asterisk so
the override matches regardless of architecture.

* the binary package ends up empty when building the package twice in
a row. This appears to be a side-effect of the way upstream prepares
releases, resulting in tarballs that don't contain autogen.sh but
do have a 'make distclean' (called by dh_auto_clean) that deletes
everything else (including the configure files), causing the second
build to basically do nothing. This can be fixed by adding a tiny
patch that removes configure.ac from the list of 'distcleanfiles'
  in Makefile.am.
