I have chosen Severity: important since the closed Bug #1089318 is also
classified important.
I have not yet created a debian/0.9-7 tag on salsa, in case there are changes needed.

Thanks for your contribution and for making `dtach` build without root!

I have uploaded `dtach/0.9-7` to the archive.
I have not yet created a debian/0.9-7 tag on salsa, in case there are changes needed.
