Bug#1084920: RFS: caspar/20240818-1 -- Makefile snippets for centralized configuration management and typesetting

Now
dget -x http://mdcc.cx/tmp/caspar/caspar_20240818-2.dsc
should get you a fixed caspar source package. The file
caspar_20240818-2_source.changes refers to both -2 and the upstream
.orig.tar.xz sources: i ran "debuild -S -sa".
Could you please have a look at this?
