* New upstream release. (Closes: #1004507)
* Set maintainer to myself.
* Update dependencies, including switch from Qt 4 to Qt 5.
* Update to debhelper compatibility level 13.
* Update to standards version 4.6.2.
* Update the watch file to use GitHub releases page, since the
official website doesn't link to the tarball now.
* tagainijisho.1: Minor edits to spacing and punctuation, and remove
mention of the offline manual, which has been removed upstream in
favour of the online manual.
