Changes since the last upload:

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * New upstream release
     - Supports Python 3 without 2to3. Closes: #997623
   * Drop update-egg-info.patch, no longer needed.
   * Add include-upstream-testsuite.patch, PyPI don't include upstream
     testsuite, so we're patching it in.
   * d/control:
     - Drop build-dependency on python3-nose, run tests with unittest.
     - Add python3-six as build-dependency.
   * Continue to include the renamed file README.md.
   * d/rules: Remove installation of upstream changelog, upstream no longer
     ships any changelog.
   * d/copyright:
     - Drop Files-Excluded, these files are no longer shipped.
     - Update the copyright year for upstream.
   * d/watch
     - Remove dversionmangle and repacksuffix.


The diff is on the larger side, mainly because of large changes in files
included in tarball, downloaded from PyPI.
