     - Rename debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature to
       debian-watch-does-not-check-gpg-signature
     - Mask unusual-interpreter for Python
   * Update the debian/copyright file.
     - Add the Upstream-Contact field
     - Update contribution years
     - Mention me in paragraph about the debian/ folder
