A NMU would have to end with -0.1Upstream Author : Olga Yakovleva, olga@rhvoice.org * URL : https://github.com/RHVoice/RHVoice * License : LGPL-2.1 license * Vcs : https://github.com/RHVoice/RHVoice.git Section : sound The source builds the main package, rhvoice, as well as 10 language packages and 34 voice packages. To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL: https://gitlab.com/rubens-schmitz/rhvoiceThe changelog has "rhvoice (1.8.0-0) focal" This is Debian, not Ubuntu. You have to target unstable or experimental. What is even more concerning: Uploading your package would change the package's section from non-free/sound to sound (main). There is a reason why this is in non-free.Please ask for the 1.8.0 upstream version on the package's bug tracker and wait for the maintainer to react before you file a NMU RFS. I am closing this RFS. Please do a little research how things work in Debian before posting.
