Please target unstable or experimental with the first upload.
You have to change this to a non-native package, e.g. 3.0 (quilt).
Please join the two changelog entries to one.
I am closing this because there are several issues with just the short changelog.
Please read an introduction on bringing packages to Debian and upload a 2.2.0-1 revision.
Then file a new RFS.
