Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "opencpn":

 * Package name    : opencpn
   Version         : 5.6.0+dfsg0-1~bpo10+2
   Upstream Author : Dave S. Register <bdbcat@yahoo.com>
 * URL             : https://opencpn.org
* License : GPL-3+, public-domain, SGI-B-1.1, BSD-3-clause, GPL-3, GPL-2+, Expat or GPL-2+, LGPL-2+, wxWidgets, Expat, SGI-B-2.0
 * Vcs             : https://gitlab.com/leamas/opencpn
   Section         : misc

The source builds the two binary packages:

  opencpn - Open Source Chartplotter and Marine GPS Navigation Software
opencpn-data - Open Source Chartplotter and Marine GPS Navigation Software (data)

More info on https://mentors.debian.net/package/opencpn/ or using:

dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/opencpn/opencpn_5.6.0+dfsg0-1~bpo10+2.dsc

This is a bugfix update of an existing sloppy backport. Changes since the last upload:

 opencpn (5.6.0+dfsg0-1~bpo10+2) buster-backports-sloppy; urgency=medium
 .
   * Link to gtk2 instead of gtk3 to match available plugins.
     Closes: #1009701
   * Add upstream patches to make it possible to define the target as
     a compile time constant.
   * Add patch to avoid getting multiple possible plugins to
     load besides the Debian version.

Regards,
