First off: Please only send backport sponsorship requests for packages that formally qualify for backporting. This version has not arrived in bookworm yet, so does not qualify.
What justifies having this backport? What features does 4.23 provide over 4.21? When the package has migrated and you gave a reason, please untag moreinfo.
