GitHub changed the way the "releases" page work; it used to also show tags, but it now only shows actual GitHub releases. Fixed.

uscan die: filenamemangle failed for 5.1.0.tar.gz at /usr/share/perl5/Devscripts/Uscan/Output.pm line 60. 

I removed filenamemangle's prefix. Please really test your changes before claiming they are fixed.
