Bug#997016: RFS: swtpm/0.7.0-rc2-1 [ITA] -- Libtpms-based TPM emulator

Hello, I'm how to linux, i'm new to this mailing list, i have absolutely no idea what i am doing, who to talk to, or how to talk to them, i'm talking into the void hoping someone can point me in the right direction

i subscribed to this mailing list to learn more about how software is published through debian and accessed through APT, i am NOT looking to make or publish software, i am just trying to understand how software is disseminated through APT,

please let me know if this doesn't belong here, or what else i can do or who else i can contact to learn more, thank you.
