You need to have a # in front of the bug no to close it.Why don't you package the released version? I have not seen any important change in upstream git to justify packaging an arbitrary commit.
You seem to repack (+ds) without using Files-Excluded in d/copyright. Please add that including a comment why you exclude upstream files.
When you have uploaded a new version please untag moreinfo.
