New version proposed for sponsorship at: https://mentors.debian.net/package/apt-listchanges/ This is a new release of apt-listchanges where I incorporated an NMU commit into the new version. I didn't think I would need to release this as an NMU version since I also updated the maintainer. I thought that was a good enough reason to skip straight to the 3.25 version instead of 3.24+nmu1. I suppose it could be split into two separate releases, one for 3.24+nmu1 (first) and a later one for the 3.25 version (my changes).
