Bug#989243: RFS: opendmarc/1.4.0~beta1+dfsg-4 -- Milter implementation of DMARC

Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "opendmarc":

 * Package name    : opendmarc
   Version         : 1.4.0~beta1+dfsg-4
   Upstream Author : The Trusted Domain Project
 * URL             : http://www.trusteddomain.org/opendmarc
 * License         : BSD-2-clause, GPL-3+ with AutoConf exception, BSD-3-clause and SOSL
 * Vcs             : https://salsa.debian.org/kitterman/opendmarc
   Section         : mail

It builds those binary packages:

  opendmarc - Milter implementation of DMARC
  libopendmarc2 - Library for DMARC validation and reporting
  libopendmarc-dev - Headers and development libraries for the OpenDMARC library

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/opendmarc/

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/opendmarc/opendmarc_1.4.0~beta1+dfsg-4.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

 opendmarc (1.4.0~beta1+dfsg-4) unstable; urgency=high
 .
   * Backport patches from upstream version 1.4.1.1 (Closes: #977766, #977767):
     - CVE-2019-16378: Fix handling of multi-valued From headers
     - CVE-2019-20790: Validate incoming SPF headers
     - CVE-2020-12272: Check DKIM and SPF domain syntax

I’ll request an unblock. We will need these fixes anyway, if they don’t
make it into bullseye we need to backport them later.

Thank you,
David
