aspell-sl currently has around 400 installs on popcon. This is a minor
packaging update. It moves the package to the current Standards-Version and
debhelper, updates the Vcs URLs and fixes some other minor lintian warnings.

It builds those binary packages:

  aspell-sl - Slovenian dictionary for GNU Aspell

The upstream homepage for this package is no longer available on the web. I
continue to maintain this package since it is the only Slovenian spell checker
available in Debian.

One can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x https://www.tablix.org/~avian/aspell-sl/aspell-sl_0.60-5.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

  * Minor packaging update
    - d/control: update to SV 4.5.1, update Vcs URLs, add
      Rules-Requires-Root, B/D on debhelper-compat = 12.
    - d/copyright: use https in URLs.
    - d/changelog: remove trailing whitespace.
