Bug#971594: Asciidoc new package. Check why those existed

Before you drop most packages I would suggest you check why they were created in the 1st place especially the bugs related to the version 8.6.9-4 of the changelog to avoid recreating the same issues over and over again.

I think you are referencing this point in the changelog:

   * asciidoc split into several smaller packages.
The asciidoc package has been split into
several other packages to bring more flexibility
and to lower the dependencies for people using
only man pages and/or html files generation.
The asciidoc binary package is now a meta package
that brings asciidoc-dblatex and others packages
     to keep the current behavior.

In my opinion, this is currently not the case in my version.
vim-asciidoc is already unnecessary (see #954780) and basically renaming
asciidoc-base to asciidoc does not make a huge difference. The other
packages will probably stay. But thank you for your advice; I will keep
that in mind.
