Looks like the SONAME is currently set to 11

objdump -p ../libfilezilla.so.11.0.0  |grep -i SONAME
  SONAME               libfilezilla.so.11


I fixed the number and uploaded to binNEW queue, will follow up with filezilla once accepted!
