+ Add all files of dh_missing errors.
* Add suffix +dfsg to changelog version number to make lintian happy.

- Add +dsfg staff.
* debian/control:
- Add Rules-Requires-Root: no.
* debian/copyright:
- Add year 2020 to myself.
