Changes since the last upload:

   * QA upload.
   * Mark format as 3.0
   * Fix FTBFS. (Closes: #957479)
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.5.0
   * Use debhelper-compat.
     - Update compat level to 12.
   * Simplify debian/rules.
     - Rename override to lintian-overrides.
   * Fix install files to use mutiarch locations.
   * Remove duplicate section.
   * Add symbols file.
   * Add Vcs link to salsa.

Note:
Tested on ratt and only "broctl" failed which fails due to python2 and
not because of this change.
