I was looking at the former (citop, now cisterm) and notice this dep,
and remembered i'd really like to see "git-lab" in Debian as well.

So I gave this a go. I reviewed the debian/ directory which looks
decent. I compiled the code, which compiles and passes the tests.

So I just uploaded the darn thing, which should end up in NEW shortly.

I haven't audited the source code in any other way.
