Just a nitpick: the R-R-R issue is a problem on its own (more exactly, an
optimization that's planned to become mandatory in the future), Lintian
merely points it out.  Thus, it's pointless to point out the warning
-- unless the problem was with the warning itself.

Kind of like, you make changes to the package not to make me happy but to
make the package betterer (unless I'm obnoxious and demand something stupid,
and you comply only to get the package sponsored without waiting for someone
else :p ).
