Looks good to me.  Not uploading, per the request in the changelog
(or did you forget to unmark it as UNRELEASED?).

May I ask why do you bother with a Python 2 build?  It will not be released
with Bullseye, and there are no dependencies on py2 version of jellyfish
(for py3 there's beets).

Unless your point is to do two uploads, to ease review and help bisect
regressions -- a noble goal (for me, especially the part about easing review
:p), but you'd need to drop the py2 build later anyway.
