Bug#922951: RFS: btrfs-progs/4.20.1-2~bpo9+1

Hi Chris,

Here is another one that has been awaiting sponsorship for a while.
I'm using a merge strategy with the changelog, because there is a
delta b/t buster and stretch-backports. Consult entries at
4.17-1~bpo9+1 and 4.20.1-2~bpo9+1 (this release) for the delta.

As ever, I truly appreciate that you take time for these RFSs, and
appreciate whenever you highlight any mistakes or errors in
judgment. Link to DSC is also at the bottom, for your convenience.
