I can not access the lintian artefacts [1]
looking at the control file, it seems to me that you should have a bunch of lintian warning, like same short descriptions etc...

not necessarely, but maybe you should add a build dependency to python-taurus >= 4.5.0+dfsg-2, which is the first version with python3 modules.
