I've uploaded -3 as-is, as every change you did was good -- incremental improvements make my part easier, as review effort rises superlinearly to the number of changes. * the patch system could be simplified by using format 3.0 (quilt) -- you already use quilt manually so it'd possibly even work without any other changes * a dh-style debian/rules would avoid the current complexity. I did not try it, but at a glance I see it might even work with nothing but: ==================== #!/usr/bin/make -f %: dh $@ ==================== as long as you also list "easy_spice.1" in debian/manpages * the menu system is obsolete and gone. Most users won't see your program -- you'd need to write a .desktop file, dropping the .menu * it's nicer to depend on and run "x-terminal-emulator" rather than "xterm" as the number of people who prefer xterm is drastically smaller than it used to be. Obviously first two points affect only the source package, the later two are user-visible.
