 * New maintainer (closes: #879649)
 * Bump standards to current
 * Add emacsen-compat according to debian-emacs-policy (closes: #772894)

Some advocacy:

I use ccrypt (now orphaned) for years and I believe it deserves to be actively maintained.
This package fits my skills.
I contacted upstream author and he approves his availability and my decision.
