Hi Eduard,
You wrote to the wrong place: this mail list
(package-sponsorship-requests@) is monitored by very very very few
people, and is not intended to be used directly.
Instead, you should open an RFS bug against the sponsorship-requests
pseudo-package.
(the same place where you found the template you used should mention
that IIRC)
