Please remove --with autotools-dev lines from d/rules.
The comments re --with autotools-dev have been deleted. The commented
out "--with autotools-dev" line was left in the rules file, along with
an explanation, to avoid confusion. Most online documentation refers to
autotools-dev, and it is still exists in other rules file variants that
ddcutil uses.
You should not delete all COPYING files in dh_auto_install, especially not
those in the upstream source. If you don't want some files to be packaged,
delete them explicitly with rm(1) and full paths.
