The bug you're attempting to fix is not RC -- it's not even open anymore, as
it was fixed elsewhere already.  Thus, are you sure you want an upload to
unstable while we're frozen?  For non-NEW packages this disturbs the release
team's work, and thus is strongly unrecommended.
