RFH? you don't need help, just upload it on experimental, test/build rdepends
and then post Stretch we will ask for a transition slot
bglibs seems the package that starts a transition.
BTW, did the SONAME change? because if they just moved around some headers, the transition
wouldn't be needed at all :)
